Clava Mantock stands at the forefront of innovation as the Director of Technology at Cenitech, embodying a rare blend of an innovative technologist, seasoned engineer, and astute business professional. A registered electrical and electronics engineer, he boasts nearly two decades of invaluable experience across the electrical and technology sectors. His expertise in crafting cutting-edge solutions that bridge hardware and software is unparalleled, driving efficiency, productivity, and growth.

Graduating top of his class from the University of the West Indies with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, he went on to earn a Master's in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. His diverse engineering journey began at JPSCo in automation and control engineering working on the control systems at their power plants across the island. With a natural inclination for programming and systems integration he went on to lead the design and development of large scale software systems at JPSCo, spanning all areas of operations. Over the years Mantock Jnr has worked on significant electrical and technology projects for private entities including automation and control systems, power systems analysis, and software systems design and development.

Mantock’s career is highlighted by his remarkable ability to bring together large-scale technology projects from concept through to execution, demonstrating a unique blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight. His work involves spearheading the integration of advanced electrical and digital solutions into diverse industries, transforming operational models, and enhancing competitive advantages.

In collaboration with CEO George Knight, Mantock Jnr was instrumental in transforming Mantocks Electrical Works into the industry leader that Cenitech Engineering Solutions is today.
