She is adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. She also has a keen eye for detail, which enables her to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions quickly.

As a business manager, Tania is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Cenitech Engineering Solutions Limited. She is involved in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as managing the company's resources and personnel. She also works closely with the company's sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
